Mark Middletons Cause Of Death Is It A Suicide Or A Murder?

May 2024 · 3 minute read

Mark Middleton’s cause of death has been officially ruled as a suicide, despite the absence of a weapon near his body.

Mark Middleton, a former aide to President Bill Clinton with ties to Jeffrey Epstein, was found dead on May 2, 2022, at Heifer Ranch in Perryville, Arkansas.

He was discovered with a gunshot wound to the chest and an extension cord tied around his neck, attached to a tree.

A police report obtained by the Daily Mail revealed that while officers located a gun case and three boxes of buckshot in Middleton’s BMW SUV, there was no weapon in sight.

The release of the police report was delayed because Middleton’s family petitioned to keep details of the death private, claiming they were being “harassed by outlandish, hurtful, unsupported, and offensive online articles.”

A judge ruled to withhold images from the scene but allowed details to be released.

The report, written by Perry County Sheriff’s Deputy Jeremy Lawson, says that the police were alerted to the scene after ranch worker Samantha McElroy found Middleton’s abandoned BMW on the property.

Deputy Jeremy Lawson of the Perry County Sheriff’s Department wrote of his arrival at the scene, “I could see the male was obviously deceased.”

According to the Arkansas Times, Middleton’s family said he suffered from depression.

Middleton is survived by his wife, Rhea; two daughters, Lindsay and Lauren; father, Charles Middleton; mother Anita Middleton-Kellar; brother Steven Middleton; and sister, Sandra Leeann Middleton-Marshall.

Mark Middleton’s obituary

In Mark Middleton’s obituary, his family requested that instead of flowers, well-wishers donate to a service that specializes in counseling and therapy linked to the New Life Church, based in Arkansas.

Who was Mark Middleton?

Middleton had run an air conditioning business in Little Rock, Arkansas, for decades before becoming a special advisor to Clinton and financial director for his presidential campaign.

During his time with Clinton, he reportedly invited Epstein to the White House for at least seven of Epstein’s 17 visits, and he may have also flown on Epstein’s plane and connected the two powerful men.

Middleton was a managing partner of the MidCorp Capital investment firm and worked on multiple nonprofit foundations.

While assisting President Clinton, Middleton worked under then-chief of staff Thomas “Mack” McCarty.

In February 1995, Middleton left the White House. The following year, an investigation by the White House found that he had abused his access to impress business clients and was barred from the property without senior approval. Middleton denied these claims.

Internet conspiracy theorists have attempted to link Middleton to the “Clinton Body Count,” or the right-wing claim that Bill and Hillary Clinton have assassinated large numbers of their political rivals in the months following his passing.

When Epstein hung himself in his cell in August 2019, body-count truthers were likewise enraged.

Then-President Donald Trump made headlines when he retweeted a message claiming the Clintons had arranged for Epstein to die to conceal their alleged interactions with the serial s*x offender.
